I’m very happy with these vitamins. I’m a hairdresser and have recommended these to my clients who also have hair loss. I’ve tried biotin and it didn’t work. This is a delicious way for me to get vitamin D3 in higher doses. I have MS and as is typical for people with MS, I am chronically low on this vitamin. My neurologist stresses my need to take larger doses of this vitamin. Lol, this has been going on for about 20 years, ever since I was so low on this vitamin that I had to take a prescription of mega doses of vitamin D3. Since then, I have been taking over-the-counter pills. I sure get tired of all the pills I have to take daily. These gummies sure do taste good when I take them twice a day. At these doses, I just have to eat a gummy twice a day. So much better than all the pills.

Very easy to chew. I was very happy with the peach flavor as well, as it tasted great. Gummies always go down better for me so when I can get my vitamins in that form I am very happy. Recommend taking with food. No aftertaste and no irritation after ingesting. I would recommend.
